Class teachers will discuss pupils progress at regular parents’ evenings and in their yearly written reports. Class Teachers will differentiate work and teaching within the class to meet the needs of individual children. If children continue to have difficulties, the SENCO and Class Teacher would suggest additional support and / or assessment. At this point, you will be invited in to school to discuss your child’s needs, at which point the child may be placed on the SEN Support Register. If your child is placed on the SEN Support Register, there will be termly meetings to discuss individual targets, strategies and progress.
